Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, mobile / WhatsApp number and (optionally) email address.
• Booking details: dates, slots, amounts, coupons used and payment references (UPI transaction ID and the screenshot you upload).
• Messages you send to our WhatsApp number, such as login codes and booking IDs.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) used for security and to prevent misuse.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage and remind you about your bookings, and to verify your payments.
• To send booking updates, receipts and login codes on WhatsApp (via the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta), SMS or email.
• To ask for a review after your game. You can ignore it; we ask at most once a month.

We do not sell your data and we don't send promotional broadcasts.

Who we share it with

• Meta (WhatsApp) to deliver messages you asked for, and our hosting / database providers, only as needed to run this service.
• If your booking was made by an organizer, that organizer can see the booking details.
• Authorities, if required by law.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for accounting for as long as the law requires. Login codes expire within minutes.

Your choices

You can update your profile under My account, ask us to stop WhatsApp updates, and request a copy or deletion of your data (except records we must keep by law) by contacting us.
